Registered Agent service is free for the first year when you sign up with Vc filling, regardless of which package you choose. The cost to renew our Registered Agent service after the first year is $119 annually (with no obligation and no contract).

Because Vc filling strives to process every order within 24 hours, we recommend canceling no later than midnight of the day you placed your order. Once your payment has been forwarded to any government entity or third party, Vc filling cannot accept any cancellations or any other changes to an order. If you wish to cancel, you must place your order on hold in your Vc filling Dashboard.

You have until your payment has been forwarded to any government entity or third party to make changes to your order, which usually takes about 24 hours. To update your order, go to the "Order Review" section of your Dashboard. A link is also provided in the order confirmation email.

We Check Your Business Name Availability: The name you choose is part of your business's identity. We'll make sure it's available and ready to use in your state.
Then, we'll compile your information to create your Articles of Organization or Incorporation and prepare any other documents needed for the formation process. We'll also double check that your chosen business name is available. Once everything is ready to go (usually within 24 hours), we'll forward the documents and your payment to the governing agency in your state.

Vc filling's standard processing time to file your formation documents is 1 day. From there, the processing time depends on your state of incorporation — filing times can vary from 3 to 12 weeks. You can pay an expedited fee to have Vc filling compile your paperwork faster (this is included in our Platinum package), and some states also offer expedited processing. Your options will be clearly shown when you place an order.
